The Polytechnique students delegation at COP 29, from the MSCT Economics for Smart Cities and Climate Policy, organize the conference Bring COP29 to campus: Challenges and Opportunities in Implementing Global Climat Commitments on

Thursday, November 21st At Ecole polytechnique, Amphitheatre Gay-Lussac from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

 The event will give the opportunity to everyone to hear from:

  • David Burglassi, Economist at the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs Regions & Cities
  • Céline Charveriat, Research Associate at TMG & Professor at Sciences Po
  • Soichiro Yasukawa, Chief of the Disaster Risk Reduction Unit at UNESCO
  • Sébastien Treyer, Director General of IDDRI, Chairman of the Scientific and Technical Committee of FFEM
  • Paul Watkinson, Chair of the UNFCCC Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice

The Delegation is headed by Patricia Crifo and the event will be moderated by Anselme Godard.
